Oscars 2026 Watch Party

Hosted by Lighthouse Ladies and presented by our venue partners at Planet X Studios in Brooklyn on their 50 foot LED screen, this Oscars watch party came together in under two weeks and welcomed approximately 150 guests. I designed custom Oscars voting ballots, menus, sponsor one sheeters, and the step and repeat red carpet backdrop, creating a cohesive visual identity that elevated the experience.

I also coordinated closely with venue staff to integrate sponsor logos onto the LED screen during the live Oscars broadcast, ensuring seamless brand visibility throughout the event. Every detail was crafted to capture the glamour of Hollywood while encouraging guest participation and engagement.
